The access link (code + location) will be provided in the welcome booklet no later than 3:30 PM on the day of arrival. 🕑 Self Check-in between 4 PM and 8 PM 👩‍💼 Assistance Fatou (KAMARA HOSTING SERVICES) remains available remotely if you need assistance. 📞 Important Please inform us if you will be delayed and stay reachable on the day of your arrival. ⚠️ Please note: Any arrival after the locker closing time, which prevents you from retrieving the keys, will incur an additional fee of €30, payable on-site, for in-person key handover. 🗝️ Keys & Security The keys are your responsibility for the entire duration of your stay. In case of loss, theft, or forgetfulness (keys left in the lock or inside), the following fees apply: Minimum €150 for replacing keys and access badge (Vigik) €280 for locksmith intervention €30 if the host has to come to open the door for you 🧺 Linen provided Per person: 1 large towel 1 small towel 1 hand towel 1 bath mat 1 dishcloth 🛋️ It is strictly FORBIDDEN to use the sofa for sleeping 🚫 Furniture movement is prohibited. 🧴 Consumables provided at check-in On arrival, the following will be available: 2 rolls of toilet paper 🧻 Shower gel 🚿 1 coffee capsule per person ☕ Some cleaning products 🧽 👉 These supplies are intended for the day of arrival.
