Please respect the peace and quiet of the property and the neighborhood. ✅ Self Check-in 🔑 The key must be collected from a secure lockbox before going to the apartment. 📩 A link containing all the necessary information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. 🕑 Check-in: 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM ❗ Any arrival after 8:30 PM (up to 10:00 PM maximum) will incur a €30 surcharge, payable on site. 🗝️ Keys & Security The keys and access badge (Vigik) remain the guest’s responsibility throughout the stay. In the event of loss, theft, damage, or negligence (such as leaving the keys inside the apartment or in the lock), the following charges will apply: €100 minimum for replacement of keys and access badge (Vigik) €200 for any locksmith intervention €30 if the host must travel to unlock the apartment These charges will be billed through the Airbnb platform. 🧺 Linen Provided Bed sheets 1 large bath towel per person 1 hand towel per person 1 bath mat 1 kitchen towel 🛋️ Sofa Use Sleeping on the sofa is strictly prohibited. 🚫 Furniture Moving furniture is not allowed. 🧴 Complimentary Supplies Available on Arrival Day 2 rolls of toilet paper Shower gel 1 coffee capsule per person A few cleaning products 👉 Guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their stay. 🧳 Respect for Building Residents The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with NO elevator. It is strictly forbidden to: Roll or drag suitcases on the stairs Bump walls or doors in the common areas Damage walls, doors, or furnishings within the apartment 🙏🏼 Thank you for respecting the property and the peace and quiet of the residents. 🧼 Cleanliness & Property Condition The apartment must be returned in a reasonable condition and in accordance with the check-out instructions. The host reserves the right to charge an additional fee of at least €100 in cases of: Excessive dirt or mess Damage to furniture, equipment, or any part of the property Heavily stained, damaged, or improperly used linens 💡 These charges may include: Deep cleaning and/or the intervention of specialized cleaning personnel Repair or replacement of damaged items ➡️ Any reimbursement request may be processed through the Airbnb platform or, where applicable, under the AirCover program. ⚠️ Sand & Pebbles To help preserve the apartment, please remove sand and small pebbles before entering. Beach towels, clothing, and accessories should be shaken outside before returning to the apartment.
