To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please read and respect the following rules before booking: ### 🚭 Strict No-Smoking Policy Smoking is **strictly prohibited** anywhere inside the studio. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other smoking products. If evidence of smoking or a persistent smoke odour is detected after check-out, the guest will be responsible for all costs related to deodorising and restoring the apartment to a smoke-free condition. ### 🐾 No Pets Pets are **not allowed under any circumstances**, including dogs, cats, or any other animals. ### 🏠 Respect the Property Guests are expected to treat the studio with care and leave it in the same condition as it was upon arrival. The guest is fully responsible for any damage, breakage, missing items, or excessive wear caused during the stay. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. ### 🧹 Cleaning Fee A cleaning fee of **€50** is charged for each reservation. In some cases, this fee may be reduced to **€30**. The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, laundry of bed linen and towels, preparation of the studio for the next guests, and sanitisation. This fee **does not** cover excessive mess or negligence. Before check-out, guests are kindly asked to: * Wash all used dishes and kitchen utensils. * Dispose of rubbish regularly during their stay. One tied rubbish bag may be left upon departure if necessary, but excessive amounts of rubbish left in the apartment may result in an additional cleaning charge. * Leave the apartment in a tidy condition. If the apartment is left excessively dirty or requires significantly more cleaning than normal, an **additional cleaning fee** will be charged. ### 🔑 Keys and Lockbox Before leaving, please: * Lock the apartment properly. * Return the key to the lockbox. * Ensure the key is placed correctly inside the lockbox. * Close and secure the lockbox completely. Never share the code locker to anyone not connected with reservation. If the key is not returned correctly, the lockbox is left unsecured, or this results in unauthorised access to the property, the guest will be held financially responsible for any resulting costs or damages. ### 👥 Registered Guests Only Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay in the studio. Visitors or overnight guests who are not included in the booking are not permitted without prior approval. ### 🔇 Respect for Neighbours Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and night hours. Parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited. ### ⚠️ Additional Charges Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges for cleaning, repairs, replacement of damaged items, odour removal, lost keys, lock replacement, or any other costs incurred as a result of the guest's actions.Les enterrements de vie de célibataire et autres fêtes de ce type sont interdits dans cet établissement.
